I am a family law attorney, mediator, and parent coordinator in Maryland. My practice covers divorce, custody, and the financial decisions that follow, including retirement orders and estate planning. I work with clients through litigation when necessary and through mediation and parent coordination when there is room to resolve things with less conflict and more control.
I founded Zadjura Family Law LLC in 2023, with offices in Annapolis and Columbia. Before starting the firm, I spent many years practicing family law and building out my training in dispute resolution, including advanced mediation in child custody and marital property, parent coordination, and best interest attorney work. That background shapes how I think about cases: conflict is sometimes unavoidable, but it is rarely the only option.
Outside the office, I teach family law as an adjunct professor at Anne Arundel Community College, serve as Co-Chair of the MAJ Family Law Section, and am a board member of Impact100 Greater Chesapeake.
